[01]What you are buying

The Retainer Rebuild is a 90-day advisory program: two one-to-one calls, two group calls a week, a resource library, a workbook, weekly progress tracking, and a seat at an in-person immersion on graduation. It is advice and coaching. It is not a course, an employment relationship, financial advice, legal advice or medical advice.

[02]Price and payment

$4,500 paid in full, or three payments of $1,750 on dates stated on the invoice. Work begins when the first payment clears. Missed payments pause access until brought current.

[03]The guarantee

If no new retainer of $2,000 a month or more is signed within the program, we keep working with you at no charge until one is. The guarantee is continued work, not a refund. It requires that you attend the calls, complete the roadmap and act on the agreed pipeline routine; if you stop participating, the guarantee pauses with you.

[04]No income promise

We make no promise about your revenue, profit, hours or lifestyle. Results depend on your business, your market and your work. Anything we publish about a member is published only with their written permission and a note on what is typical.

[06]Confidentiality

What members share in the room stays in the room. We do not share your numbers, your clients or your plans outside the program without your permission.

[07]Intellectual property

The workbook, the library and the templates are ours to license and yours to use in your business. You may not resell or republish them.

[08]Ending the program

You may leave at any time; fees paid are not refunded except as the guarantee or the playbook policy states. We may end a member's participation for conduct that harms the room, with a pro-rated refund of any unused payment plan.

[09]Governing law

[JURISDICTION PENDING]. Disputes go to conversation first, then mediation, then the courts of that jurisdiction.
